  Appalling service. Bought a car here, it broke down 2 weeks later and were told it was "wear and tear". We also bought paint, carpet and rust treatments with the car which in my opinion were never applied (they refuse to provide evidence at all after numerous emails and calls for proof that the work was ever carried out) and continuously inform us there is NO warranty at all on the products we were sold. Avoid like the plague if you value your time and money.

  This has to be the worst Ford dealer I have ever come across. I took my ageing grandfathers car in for a service for his air con and when I eventually found how to get to the service department, the signage on the driveway was misleading, I thought all would be ok. After not fixing the air con and charging $80 they promised to ring back letting us know when they had reviewed our extended warranty (it had run out due to my grandfather being ill) and when they could go ahead with the full repair. Every day for a week I rang them and every day they said they would ring me back the next day. A month later and I've still not heard anything having given up ringing every day a few weeks ago. If this is how they are treating me dealing with my grandfathers affairs I despair wondering how they treat the other predominantly elderly population of Tweed Heads.
