  Incredibly disappointing.
  
  We ordered one big mac, one quarter pounder with no pickles or mustard, and two chicken salt shaker salt fries, one small and one medium. After waiting a while (10mins) and got the food. In the bag there was only the quarter pounder (no big mac) and it had pickles and mustard, even though I asked for it without it. The fries had no chicken salt or shaker bag, and we're standard. This was bad enough, but the staff were rude about it and didn't apologize. They had no shaker bags or chicken salt, and didn't give us our money back for the extra we paid for the chicken salt fries. It's only $1, but it's plain rude for them not to. Considering mcdonald's usually has good service, this is very disappointing.

  Today I was shopping with my husband , we decided to stop in at McDonald's for some lunch around 12pm we both got our quarter pounder large meals the girl who served me and my husband was really polite and seemed to be enjoying herself. The two meals were made really fast the two burgers were hot and were really nicely made, the chips seemed to be fresh. defiantly getting this next time we shop at tweed city.

  I wish I could vote 0. I’m more than happy to wait for food, I get it.....busy = takes longer BUT at least make it worth the wait I.e. not cold.
  
  Having team members that gave a poo would probably be a good start. Or at least could pretend they cared ?

  Rudest staff so much attitude. Long long wait for food and food is put together terribly
  How can it be that hard to put the lettuce or the cheese actually on the burger?

  Took so long, literally waited over 25 minutes for breakfast when I was the only person in the building. What did they have to do to make a blt muffin and a hash brown???
