    Not good enough, I'd give these guys no stars if it was an option.

    I ordered tyres over the phone only to realize that the tyres they fitted were not what I ordered. The customer service was poor. I booked my car in, turned up on time & it then took 2 & a half hours to get 4 tyres & an alignment. They need to remove quick fit from their name as this was the slowest tyre shop I have ever used

    They tried to say there was a fault with my car. While I admit there was an issue what they were saying was not correct. I have a mechanical background & I know what they were saying was not right.

    On a side note my girlfriend had to wait over 2 hours to get 2 tyres fitted & an alignment on another occasion recently. I should have learned from her bad experience there

    Again not good enough

    Been going to these guys for years now with all my car and wouldnt use anyone else. Great staff, very helpful and get things done quickly.
