  I have never been so disgusted with a salesperson as at this business. They advertise opening hours which they don't keep to, they do not return phone calls, emails or messages on Gumtree where they advertise. When we took the time to drive over the salesperson was just a rude, ignorant person. We came with $65,000.00 to spend and would never go back.

  We found the staff friendly, accommodating and helpful.
  However the staff are not mechanically minded and may not know the mechanical condition of their vehicles.
  We had a pre-purchase inspection done on a 2010 Toyota Hilux campervan which revealed a number of issues which was beyond the scope of repair for the car yard and for us.

  The trouble with this firm is that the promises of the owner/manager regarding a warranty cannot be trusted. My wife handled the purchase of a motorhome here and relied on his promise of a warranty to the extent that she postponed the warranty offered by the financing firm for a year. Her trust seemed to be also justified by the promise on this firm’s website of an “Australia wide warranty”.
  
  When it came to the crunch however this firm only paid a small repair at the start and ignored our letters and phone calls about other costs incurred, even though they had to do with problems to which we drew their attention right from the start. In the process we had to face costs of up to 4,000 dollars.
