  My wife purchased a car battery from the store to be installed as the car would not start. For my car there is an overflow hose from the radiator that runs over the battery. Abdul came out and swapped the battery, closed the bonnet and we thought all was well as the car ran fine until last week. The car overheated and stalled on my wife. When I went to help I found the hose that should have run over the battery disconnected and coolant sprayed through the engine bay. When contacting the Tweed Heads store they denied any responsibility and will not help and provided mechanical advice from a guy with no mechanical training. He was the last person in the engine bay and the hose runs over the battery that he replaced and yet it was nothing to do with him. What do you think? Spoken to Head office who have taken his word for it and again offered mechanical advice without mechanical training and said they have done nothing wrong.
