  Awesome Service, i Had lost my hearing aids, they fitted me in straight away and provided me with a new set imnediately and these are so much better than the old ones.

  This is the best hearing aid centre I have come across very knowledgeable and courteous staff. I got a new pair.of hearing aids for free here as a pensioner , and I am absolutely delighted.

  Was having problems with my Bluetooth connection. Went in and was taken in for a consult. $135. Problem was not fixed. Hearing aides were not examined. Walked out with the same problem, even tho he “reconnected “the Bluetooth unsuccessful. Got home and read instructions and it was working, but not 100%. The next day there was a txt message to ring him. He tried to hard sell new hearing aides even tho mine were just over 3 years old. Told him no as my hearing aides were working well. He tried very hard. After hanging up the store manger rang with the same hard sell. Told her the same.
  Went to another local hearing aid place and immediately she knew what the problem was, l explained to her what l had been previously been told. She cleaned them ( l had done the same but did not replace the little plugs) and that was the problem. Bluetooth connecting perfectly. These people donot know a thing about customer service, it is all about the hard sell.
  Avoid at all cost.

  My partner and I both have considerable hearing problems....you can imagine whilst we are now travelling. .....we make wrong turns just because we cannot hear each other! Bianca and the team have gone above and beyond to get our hearing completely to the best it can be. My aids have worked perfectly from day one, “his” have taken some work and adjustments. We have had nothing but outstanding g service from this team....they have worked hard to ensure we both have good outcomes! Which we now have. Bianca....Thank You....we don’t need the marriage counselling now.

  This company takes advantage of the older generation. I purchased hearing aids at Australian Audio and was told these were my only option. They were not suitable and after multiple failed attempts to make them compatible I went to another company for a second opinion. I contacted Paul, who I had been dealing with for several months at Australian Audio clinic and told him that I had found a new set of hearing aids at another clinic I was interested in. He told me that he would refund me the original hearing aids if I waited 6 months to make sure the new ones were suitable. I trusted him and this company and waited. When I got back in contact with Paul 6 months later he went back on his word and now they are refusing to refund me, ignoring my calls and emails about the matter and pretending like it never happened. They have refused every phone call and even a meeting face to face. It is disgusting and I do not know how someone like this sleeps at night knowing they have robbed an 80 year old lady out of thousands of dollars.

  Im going to further add to you hilarious response to my review. There is no way that there has been any verbal abuse to any of your staff as you have refused every phone call from myself and my daughter to your company to resolve the matter. For anyone reading this review and to the respondent of this review. Why would i go out of my way to make up that you offered a refund, write reviews, write letters and call multiple times if i am making up that your company told me they would refund me?? Seems like a very odd thing to do doesn't it?? To pull something like that from thin air and to spend months back and forth calling your company, head office, the directors mobile number and office. As i said i don't know how someone sleeps at night robbing an elderly lady of thousands of dollars. Your response to this review is degrading, do the right thing have a conversation with someone and stick to your word.
