  There's a lot to like about Tweed Hyundai service department. They're very professional about how they perform the work and explain things and it runs like clockwork. My only complaint is that on many occasions it has been difficult to arrange an appointment that is convenient for me and for them at the same time. I live and work about 30 minutes away from them, starting work early, and I usually have to organise a loan car to pick up on the afternoon before the appointment day, since relying on a family member to pick me up isn't easy. Today I was told a loan car wasn't available to cover my appointment which is almost a month away. That sounds very odd to me. So it seems I'll just have to ask someone to come along in their own car. I think their work is just fine but for me, dropping the car off and picking it up has never been simple.

  Very disappointing after sales service. Tried multiple times to contact service department over a couple of weeks. Either no one picks up or you are immediately put on hold and then after a few minutes cut off! First brand new car ever purchased. Very poor experience and no care factor when you do speak to phone operator about it.

  I couldn't be more happy with the professional service & assistance I received from Paul Laurie, not only when I needed help & advice on the car I was looking at, but with the whole sales process & handover. It was a lovely experience! ... and my Hyundai i30 is amazing!

  Sales team were great the service department couldn’t be more useless
  For 6 months they have been trying to fix the defective paint protection on our Tucson. They won’t co ordinate with the people that spray it and put it back to the owner to sort out. Don’t sell a product on the car if you have no intentions of assisting with the repair of warranty issues. The car is going back for its second spray. 2 year old Tucson with rust coming through the paint. Ongoing rubbish service from ‘service’ department. The manager says one thing on the phone and then has no idea what’s happening when you arrive.
