- Denis Steel Added November 08, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Staff members from this store sold a mobile plan to an autistic man, along with an expensive option for extra data even though it would have been clearly obvious that the man had an intellectual disability. After requests from me ( via the power of attorney ) to have the account cancelled because my brother cannot even use the phone he is still receiving bills for payment. To say that I am disgusted by their business practices and their apparent lack of moral responsibility would be a major understatement. After three months, their inactivity on this matter displays a level of unconscionable conduct that beggars belief. I am appalled. Tweed City Telstra, lift your game and do the right thing.
