- Sam Added March 17, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bought some headphones that I assumed would be the same quality as the ones released before them. Couldn't test them out because the board wasn't working. Realised once home that I wasn't satisfied with them and called the store to see what they could do refund wise. Not a problem, come back in and we'll refund them for you. Well, got to the store and was served but a middle age, short blonde haired lady. She wasn't nice at all. Abrupt and just yuck!
I wasn't going to write this review, but after telling a friend about it, she said 'was she middle aged lady with short blonde hair' ??
Turned out my friend had also had not the best reception from this woman just a few weeks prior!
I may have been asking for a refund lady, which is no excuse for your rude, hostile demeanour! You need to remind yourself that people are usually repeat customers and after this experience I'll travel further and longer to avoid this shop and this rude lady from now on. - Indu Klassen Added June 27, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★Was helped today by Tommy when buying a laptop and some accessories. Not only did he have excellent knowledge about the products and could answer every question I had, he was also very patient with me changing my mind a million times, AND even helped me set up Microsoft office and the fire wall, using the data of his own phone. On a busy day like today (QLD public holiday) he still gave great costumer service and didn't once make me feel like he was hurried or annoyed that I took up his time. ????????????????????????
