  Purchased a contour pillow ($139) which seemed OK in the store, but which after only 2 hrs of used turned out to literally be a pain in the neck.
  Sales staff did not explain that it was not a returnable item. Had they I may have made a different decision. So now I have a sore neck and have paid a significant amount for the pleasure. There are a number of competitors within easy walking distance. Avoid, who knows what other important details they might choose to overlook.

  Highly recommend going to Bedzzz if you are in need of a new mattress. Jamie was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly (he even had toys for the little one to play with while we tested mattresses!). We ordered a firm mattress but after two weeks of sleeping on it we realised it was too firm so back we went at the encouragement of Jamie. We were able to swap it for a medium and we haven’t looked back since!! Vivienne helped us with the change over and she even shared her knowledge on caring for my husbands bad back - she went above and beyond the care she had to. I love that the mattresses are all Australian made and that you have 30 days to test them out. Not to mention it’s shopping locally!! Highly highly recommend! Thanks again Jamie and Vivienne :)

  I bought a mattress here last week and am enjoying the best nights of sleep I've ever had. My back problems are considerably better and the advice Vivienne gave me regarding which mattress to buy was invaluable. Delivered on time and took the old one away. Good price, too. Highly recommend this company.
