  Wouldn’t recommend the needling, have machine set to low and next to no results.
  And try talk you into over priced add ons, was asked if I wanted to use the uv light which was for 10 minutes and was charged $50 extra. Feel as they are very money hungry and not doing the needling deep enough so you have to keep going back more times.

  In my 26 years I have booked a lot of appointments… I have never received such exceptional customer service than when I have dealt with Emily. I love hearing her soothing and enthusiastic voice on the phone. Walking in for an appointment and seeing her big smile makes my day! Her patience when booking appointments around my busy schedule is to be commended on top of her incredible knowledge of products& treatments! I am looking forward to seeing Emily again at my next appointment to brighten my day.

  I’ve been to this clinic multiple times and the staff are all such lovely people. I often talk to the receptionist named Emily, she’s such a kind person and a great worker! I had a problem with one of my appointments and she was so nice about it and fixed it right away!

  Wonderful, friendly customer service! Always greeted and helped by the knowledgeable receptionist Emily, who never fails to make you feel comfortable and at ease with every booking need!

  Went here to get an acne treatment & was greeted by Emily. She had a warm welcoming nature & made me feel comfortable and less nervous. I will be back!

  Disappointing! Both times I have booked there was an error in booking time. I had to return on another day the first time as they double booked. Today I was booked only to be told I was booked in the next day. I work long hours and to be disappointed again was enough! Sorry to say I won't be back to Tweed!
